Why 60 FPS is hard for GTA 6
Technical breakdowns of the Extended Look point to a CPU-bound game. The world simulation, crowds, AI and physics are tuned around a 30 FPS frame budget. A stronger GPU like the PS5 Pro’s helps resolution and ray tracing, but it can’t double the frame rate when the CPU is the bottleneck.
